Is Your Red the Same as My Red?

How do you know that what you see is the same as what others see?  I recently watched a video on YouTube from Vsauce titled "Is Your Red the Same as My Red?"
Did you know that color is actually an illusion?  It's actually created inside our brains.  "Our brains convert a certain range of the electromagnetic spectrum into color."
We already know that some people see colors differently from others like those who are color blind. There are people who only see black and white and others who have a hard time distinguishing between reds and greens.  While color blindness has to do with the rods and cones in your eyes we may all still see colors differently.
There's no way to describe what you see in reference to colors to make another person completely understand what they see.  This inability to explain and share our own qualia (experience) is called "The Explanatory Gap."

There's too much in this video to really go over.  You should take the time to watch it below.
